Classes Ranging from Beginner to Advanced

CrossFit Watauga is committed to making your fitness goals a reality. This is done by making our 1 hour classes the best hour of your day! You will not want to miss a class! All classes from beginning to end are “Coached,” by our professional coaches. These classes are fun, challenging, and everything is performed with safety in mind. No matter your abilities our certified coaches can modify any movement to make you successful! We will help you achieve whatever your health and wellness goal is by constantly challenging you to achieve more. This is completed in a supportive, fun, and community type of environment where everyone wants you to achieve success!

At CrossFit Watauga we offer three different group training classes so we can better meet your goals! We offer strength and conditioning, conditioning, and strength! Each of these classes are coach led, intense, and fun! Having these different options allows us to tailor a program specifically for your needs! Each and every program we can be modified to any and all fitness levels! Let us help and guide you to your goals!

Strength & Conditioning

This is our classic CrossFit Class! Each class is 1 hour long and begins with a coach led warm up specific to each days workout. Following that each class will generally have a specific dedicated time to working on strength under the watchful eye of our professional coaches. Each class will have a metabolic conditioning portion called a “Metcon.” This is where lifting, cardio, and gymnastics are paired together to create an intense and fun workout!

Conditioning

45 Minutes of go! This class focuses exclusively on metabolic conditioning, also known as cardio! But this is not your typical cardio, this is high-intensity interval training! This class uses weight lifting, gymnastics, and cardio-based machines to create our classic CrossFit Metcons and give you a great workout in a short amount of time!

Strength

Looking to compete in the sport of Olympic Weight Lifting? Get stronger? Or become more proficient in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch? This is the class for you! The entire hour focuses on perfecting your technique, getting stronger, and becoming more proficient with the barbell!

1-on-1 training sessions provide a private experience for anyone looking to start their fitness journey or take their fitness journey to the next level. With this service, you’re in control of your training schedule and every session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level. Need help on skills or want a little extra push? This is just what you need to make it happen!

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the key to making any goal a reality. Here at CrossFit Watauga we have the answer to your nutrition needs! Flexible eating with accountability! We provide you the frame work for success and we keep you accountable with daily/weekly check ins. Our nutrition coaches both have earned Master Of Science Degrees in Nutrition, so rest assured that you are in great hands!

Remote Coaching

A custom program designed around your unique goals, lifestyle, and needs with regular coaching oversight and feedback. Our coaches will write a unique program for you, your priorities, and your schedule, to meet your goals! We do this by starting with an initial assessment where we get to know you and what you want to achieve. Following this important step we put you through a fitness assessment to determine where you areas of strength and weaknesses are. This will allow us to write a unique program tailored specifically for you!
