Try a free class with us. This will allow us to assess your movement, and allow you to see what we are all about. After that you would enter our onboarding. This is 4 Personal Training sessions. We will set goals, a baseline, and use an In-Body to test body fat, and muscle mass. We will then teach you all the movements that you will complete in class. This is to ensure you are comfortable, safe, and ready to join the group classes.
