Strength and Conditioning
This is our classic CrossFit Class! Each class is 1 hour long and begins with a coach led warm up specific to each days workout. Following that each class will generally have a specific dedicated time to working on strength under the watchful eye of our professional coaches. Each class will have a metabolic conditioning portion called a “Metcon.” This is where lifting,
cardio, and gymnastics are paired together to create an intense and fun workout!
45 Minutes of go! This class focuses exclusively on metabolic conditioning, also known as cardio! But this is not your typical cardio, this is high-intensity interval training! This class uses weight lifting, gymnastics, and cardio-based machines to create our classic CrossFit Metcons and give you a great workout in a short amount of time!
